Detox Breakfast Ideas
What are some detox breakfast ideas?
Need some ideas for your breakfast detox menu? Try the following...
First, do your best to buy organic fruits and vegetables.
When you get up from your night's sleep you can consume:
• 1/2 lemon squeezed into a glass of warm water.
• 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds in a glass of water.
A list of foods you can eat for breakfast is as follows:
• A breakfast smoothie made with pear, rice milk and rice protein powder. Make sure to consume your: vitamin C from orange juice, fruits, or supplements.

• An apple or other fruit.
• A bowl of berries.
• Some raw nuts
• Breakfast cereal containing oats, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. Put in some Brazil or other non salted nuts. Combine some organic fruit chunks. Combine all the ingredients with some soy, or other non dairy, milk.

• Non-wheat bread that is toasted and served with honey
