What are some detox dinner recipes I can make and eat?
You don't have to necessarily be a vegetarian to enjoy these food ideas. Here are a few meatless dinner ideas for your detox eating.
1. Curried lentils on quinoa.
2. Steamed broccoli with sesame seeds and beets sprinkled with lemon juice on brown rice.
3. Mediterranean vegetable omelet with red onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and peppers
4. Vegetable stew heaped on a toasted wheat free bread slice.
5. Steamed vegetables with non-wheat pasta along with tomato sauce.
6. One baked potato stuffed with feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, onion and black olives.
7. Stir-fried broccoli with nuts.
8. Pasta with olives and artichokes.
9. Quinoa with wild rice pilaf
10. Tomato casserole and spicy cannellini beans
11. Vegetable fried rice with nori (an edible seaweed species)
12. Lentils with cauliflower.
13. Roasted vegetables like beetroot, tomatoes, zucchini, red onion and pumpkin seeds with feta cheese.
