What are some detox snacks and healthy condiments I can eat?
The following are a few ideas for foods you can use for snacks, dips, and spreads while on your detox.
1. Apple juice diluted with water
2. Water
3. Vegetable broth
4. Celery sticks and hummus
5. Carrot sticks with hummus dip
6. Milk thistle tea
7. Use honey as a spread.

9. Green Juice Here is the recipe (I prefer to buy some that's premade at the store. Like Odwalla, Bottlehouse farms, or Naked)
10. Raw and cooked vegetables (see the difference between raw and cooked vegetables, here)
11. Organic Carrots

14. Pure organic maple syrup.
